Job summary

Wilco is hiring a Retail Warehouse Associate to greet customers and load warehouse, yard, and eComm merchandise, while keeping warehouse and yard areas clean and orderly. Responsibilities include unloading, checking in, stocking merchandise, and delivering store items to customers.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction with customers and co-workers.
• Safe forklift and equipment operation.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
• Product recognition skills.
• Must be 18+ years old due to forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information to customers on warehouse and yard products.
• Safely and carefully carry out load and transport merchandise.
• Unload, check in, and stock warehouse and yard merchandise.
• Keep store warehouse and outside facility areas clean.
• Safely operate forklift and delivery vehicles.
• Deliver store merchandise to customers.
• Participate in merchandising, signing, and store maintenance.
• Maintain familiarity with Wilco’s specialty accounts and offer to customers as needed.
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
