Job summary

Wilco in Washington state is seeking a Lead Warehouser to direct daily warehousing activities, supervise staff, unload, stock, and organize merchandise in the warehouse and yard, and provide product information to customers. You will train new warehousers, maintain forklifts and delivery vehicles, support scheduling, and ensure clean, safe, and efficient operations across the yard and warehouse.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Skill to operate a forklift, tractor, and other facility equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Skill to operate a computer and other automated office machines.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Skill at product recognition.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations; problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily warehousing activities and supervises warehousing staff.
• Unload, check-in, stock, and organize merchandise in warehouse and yard.
• Provide customer service and product information to customers.
• Train new warehousers and other store employees.
• Maintain forklifts and delivery truck; operate forklift regularly.
