Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Supervisor in the United States (Texas, San Antonio) to lead warehousing operations, inventory control, and vendor coordination. The role focuses on maximizing space efficiency, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional guest service while upholding SSA safety standards.

The candidate should have 2+ years in retail and 3–5 years in warehouse settings, with a track record of team leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience minimum, with Three to Five years warehouse experience.
• All education backgrounds accepted, must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement storage systems and procedures for efficient warehousing operations.
• Contact vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies and arrange shipments.
• Hire and develop team members; supervise and evaluate performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Oversee inventory levels, product quality, and pricing accuracy.
• Receive and process deliveries and ensure proper labeling.
