Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics or warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity.
• Manage inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments to address discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for inventory, labor, and other operational metrics.
