Job summary

IKEA in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a part-time, in-store role. You will assist customers, offer tailored home furnishing solutions, keep the floor tidy and well-stocked, and guide shoppers to popular products. You’ll also assemble displays and help introduce new items to customers.

The position is permanent, part-time (12–19.5 hours/week) with open availability Friday through Sunday. Benefits are provided for eligible coworkers, including time off, parental leave, and co-worker discounts.

• 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.

$17.58 - $24.82 / hr depending on equivalent or greater experience.
