Job summary

IKEA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist shoppers, advise on home furnishing solutions and keep the sales floor inviting and well-stocked. You will serve as a product expert, guiding customers toward top products and assembling displays for new releases.

The role requires a positive attitude, 1 year of retail sales experience, and a willingness to work a full-time schedule Monday through Sunday. Benefits and a supportive team are provided.
