IKEA in Wisconsin is seeking a team member for permanent, full-time work to assist customers, advise on home solutions, and maintain a tidy, well-stocked sales floor. You will act as a product expert, guide shoppers to top products, and assemble displays for new items to drive sales.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, especially in home furnishings, and are prepared to work with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

• 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.

HOURS - HL3 (34-40 hrs/wk) Open availability required Monday-Sunday.

SHIFT: Retail Environment, must be able to work nights & weekends.

The hourly pay for this role is $17.58 - $20.22
