Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of progressive management experience.
• Operational experience across facilities, warehousing, and driver fleets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Drug-free workplace and valid license requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of retail and warehousing facility.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations and Territory Sales Managers.
• Control costs, develop policies and marketing programs to grow sales.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, organization.
• Oversee receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Train staff and maintain training records.
• Supervise warehouse, retail counter and drivers.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Work with Outside Sales to fulfill customer needs.
