$26.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Position Title

Retail Warehouse Manager

Reports to

Executive Chef

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement storage systems, policies, and procedures to maximize space and efficiency.
2. Coordinate with vendors on invoice discrepancies, shortages, over shipments, and emergency shipments.
3. Hire, supervise, evaluate, develop, and coach team members; manage employee exits.
4. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
6. Uphold company policies and procedures.
7. Manage warehousing operations, including cataloging, inventory control, and distribution.
8. Ensure safety standards are met through training and daily operations.
9. Supervise clerical staff handling warehousing documentation.
10. Coordinate warehousing activities with management and corporate office.
11. Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment.
12. Maintain facilities, material handling equipment, and inventory control systems.
13. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
14. Prepare and submit reports on damages, stock status, shipments, etc.
15. Support sustainability and community engagement efforts.
16. Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer and inventory systems.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift boxes (35-50 lbs).
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle/golf cart use.

Previous Experience

3-5 years in food warehouse supervision preferred. Experience in food storage/distribution in hospitality or cultural venues is a plus. ServSafe or Food Certification is a plus. Must be 18+ years old.
