Job summary

Baer's Furniture is seeking a Warehouse/Housekeeping Associate to support warehouse operations and the showroom. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment on the sales floor and in the warehouse while assisting in order preparation and inventory control.

The role requires ability to lift up to 75 pounds, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with inventory software. This is an on-site position with potential for growth within a premier Florida retailer.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems.
• Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and safe environment in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
• Clean showroom, office and restrooms to ensure a pleasant and sanitary environment for customers.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete diary logs into inventory, reporting discrepancies.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
