Baer's Furniture, Florida's premier furniture retailer, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fort Myers to join our team. You will help ensure an optimal customer experience by keeping the warehouse and showroom clean, organized, and safe while assisting customers with loading and moving furniture.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in loading furniture and accessories.
• Unpack items from main warehouse and stage in designated areas throughout the store.
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping.
• Ensure all furniture fixtures and accessories are clean and neat according to standards.
• Notify manager on any issues or repairs needed.
• Collect trash and recyclables.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and sanitizer.
• Assist in the moving of furniture as needed.
• Wrap furniture pieces for transport.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Warehouse Associates maintain a clean and safe environment both in the warehouse as well as on the sales floor; interact with customers in a professional manner; and contribute in all warehouse operations and activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a cleaner or housekeeper in a commercial setting
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer oriented and friendly
• Good organizational and time management skills
• High school degree
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds;
• High school degree or equivalent.
