IKEA Gruppe in New York is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment across channels, ensure inventory accuracy, and move products to the floor. The role is permanent, full-time with 34-40 hours weekly and shifts across a broad schedule.

What you’ll be doing day to day

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-Time

HOURS – 34-40 hours/wk.

Shift: Must have open availability Monday - Sunday from 7:00AM - 10:30PM for the Outbound operation.

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.23 - $32.82.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 23.23 USD to 32.82 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
