Ashley Furniture invites you to join our team as a Retail Warehouse Associate in Colton, CA. This full-time role helps move, prepare, and deliver quality furniture to customers while learning warehouse operations, equipment handling, inventory accuracy, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance and perform frequent physical activity.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or related fields preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety procedures.
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet Ashley quality standards for pickup or delivery.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support operations and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, and repackaging for customer readiness.
• Support inventory counting and cycle counts.
• Deliver exemplary customer service as a professional Ashley representative.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment with accurate documentation.

Your Impact on OurRetail Fulfillment Centers:

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while following all safety procedures.
• Inspect, prepare, andmaintainmerchandise to ensure products meet Ashley quality standards before customer pickup or delivery.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• Assistwith product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure merchandise iscustomer-ready.
• Support inventory management activities, including merchandise tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service by creating positive experiences for customers in the warehouse and in their homes, serving as a professional and trusted representative of the Ashley brand.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while completing required documentation accurately and on time.

• Physical Capability: Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture and merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds, withassistancefor heavier items as needed, while performing frequent physical activity throughout the workday.
• Warehouse & Technical Skills: Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, assembly, material handling, or powered industrial equipment operation is preferred but notrequired; we will train the right candidate.
