Hersheypark amusement park spans 121-acres, and welcomes guests to experience Hersheypark Happy all year long! As the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, Hersheypark is home to more than 70 rides including 15 coasters and 20+ kiddie rides, as well as a zoo, and an entire water park.

The Retail Warehouse Associate delivers orders, assists with stocking the product in the warehouse after it is received, and maintains warehouse organization for the retail locations within Hersheypark.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job)

1. Review order lists and pull orders to ensure each order is fulfilled with efficiency and accuracy*
2. Deliver merchandise to Hersheypark retail locations and other properties by loading, unloading, and driving company vehicles as needed to complete deliveries*
3. Follow proper organizational guidelines to neatly shelve and maintain the layout of products within the warehouse. Assist in general warehouse tasks including sweeping, maintaining safe work areas, and disposing of packaging materials*
4. Assist with organizing incoming freight, including separating SKUs in order for products to be counted in*
5. Assist in accurately ticketing incoming freight with barcode labels
6. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying
2. Must possess a valid driver’s license

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. While guest interactions are minimal, must be friendly, upbeat, and work well with other employees and be able to work as part of a team
2. Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines

Job Demands:

1. Must be able to work at least 24 hours per week, Memorial Day through Labor Day, with shifts varying between 6AM - 3PM. Must be able to work 5 weekend days per month.
2. Must be able to work in a combination of indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather.
3. Physical requirements include the ability to stand (for up to five hours at a time), walk, bend at the waist and knees, have repeated manual dexterity, and the ability to push, pull, reach above shoulder level, and lift up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
