Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, price changes, signage, and fixture assembly. You will provide legendary customer service while supporting other merchandising duties and maintaining signage accuracy.

You must be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Maintain planogram integrity and safety standards.
