Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly. You will also assist with merchandise placement and maintenance of signage while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store price changes and update signage as directed.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers with a helpful attitude.
• Communicate progress and issues with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Ops.
• Adhere to safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
