Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store in executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to perform a variety of merchandising and store operations tasks while maintaining safety and signage standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet the Customer, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
