Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store and own end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service and maintain store standards.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset. Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred, and the position may involve lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
