Staffmark is seeking a Retail Visual Merchandising Manager for our Plano, TX client. The role focuses on enhancing in-store displays and video content for TV, audio, and home entertainment products, partnering with creative teams and agencies to localize assets for major retailers.

You will lead multi-agency efforts, coordinate with sales and channel marketing, manage projects under tight deadlines, and ensure brand standards across POS materials, shelf strips, and video content in retail

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in visual merchandising, video editing, or retail experience management.
• Proven track record in managing agencies and collaborating with creative teams.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and customer engagement strategies.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and delivery under tight timelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Content Development & Localization: Edit and localize video content for retail screens, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and regional market needs.
• Retail Floor Curation: Regularly curate and update video content across retail floors for key accounts, ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Agency Management: Oversee multiple agencies to support content development and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaboration with Sales & Channel Marketing: Work closely with sales and channel marketing teams to align visual displays with promotional campaigns.
• Print Graphic Support: Assist in leading graphic design for product showcases at retail, including shelf strips and POP displays.
• Quality Control & Updates: Maintain quality control and updates to ensure all visuals are current and accurate.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines with attention to detail.
• Retail Visits & Feedback: Conduct regular visits to retail locations to assess displays and gather feedback.
