Job summary

Marksman Security is hiring for Retail Unarmed Security Officers to protect our client sites in Queen Creek Marketplace, Mesa Riverview, and Christown. The position requires an Active Level 1 Guard Card and is payed starting at $21.00 per hour.

You will patrol on foot or by Marksman vehicle, deterring thefts and vandalism while ensuring safe premises. Responsibilities include inspecting doors and windows, observing for risks, reporting emergencies, and enforcing site rules.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas to observe potential safety risks and security issues.
• Report alarms or requests for police, paramedics or fire departments in emergencies.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering or restricted items.
• Perform parking patrols and issue violations as needed.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Deter criminal activity and maintain awareness of site operations.
• Lock and unlock areas according to opening and closing procedures.
