Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Patrol interior and exterior of the property across multiple buildings to spot risks.
• Report alarms or call authorities in emergencies.
• Warn violators of infractions such as loitering or smoking.
• Complete parking patrols and issue violations as needed.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities and prepare reports.
• Deter criminal activity and maintain site post orders.
• Lock and unlock areas according to opening/closing procedures.
