Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Store Operations, Merchandising, IT, and Finance. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets, coordinating multiple teams and vendors to achieve strategic goals in a dynamic retail setting.

You will drive change management, track KPIs, and report progress to executives, helping the PMO mature with best practices and scalable processes. An employee-owned culture awaits your leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects, ideally within retail or another multi-unit environment.
• Experience leading multiple projects while balancing priorities, timelines, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects across Store Ops, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Finance, and other areas.
• Drive business transformation through operational improvements, technology implementations, and store initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain structured project plans and keep teams aligned and accountable.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to move projects forward.
