Qualifications

• Familiarity with state and federal banking regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive personnel matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and promotion training for Retail employees.
• Deliver training in-person and virtually with structured plans.
• Track trainee progress and reinforce learning through follow-ups.
• Standardize training materials and resources across regions.
• Train on core retail skills including bank products and transactions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to leadership on training effectiveness.
