Job summary

Lincoln Savings Bank is seeking a Retail Trainer to lead onboarding and promotion training for branch teams. This 100% hands-on role delivers in-person and virtual training, coaching, and reinforcement to build confidence and sound decision-making across four regions.

You will standardize training materials, track progress in the Salesforce Training Tracker, and partner with branch leadership to close skill gaps quickly while ensuring continuity during staffing gaps.

Qualifications

• 3–5 yrs of Retail banking experience
• Working knowledge of banking services, products, and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and employee-relations skills; ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and promotion training for Retail roles (in-person and virtual)
• Standardize training materials and track progress across regions
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and regional leadership to close skill gaps
• Provide in-branch support as needed to ensure training continuity
• Travel across markets/regions for in-branch onboarding and promotion transitions
• Provide feedback on training effectiveness to leadership
