Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail banking experience.
• Knowledge of banking services, policies, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel matters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and track onboarding and promotion training for retail employees.
• Provide in‑person and virtual training, coaching, and reinforcement.
• Standardize training delivery with updated materials and guides.
• Track and escalate barriers using Salesforce Training Tracker.
• Partner with branch and regional leadership on training standards.
• Travel across markets to support in‑branch onboarding and promotions.
