PRE-US in LAS VEGAS, NV is seeking a part-time Retail Training Specialist to deliver training programs to field merchandisers, ensuring consistent merchandising standards, product knowledge and brand representation across designated territories.

This role involves hands-on training, on-site and virtual sessions, travel up to 75 miles, coaching during store visits, and updating materials with product changes and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Retail or training experience preferred.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and standard digital tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Occasional weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for field merchandisers.
• Travel up to 75 miles within the assigned territory.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions on standards, product features, and campaigns.
• Train on product placement, signage, and display techniques to maximize visual impact and sales.
• Provide hands-on coaching during store visits and address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with field managers to identify training needs and prioritize skill development.
• Monitor training effectiveness through metrics, observations, and feedback.

• Support new product launches and store resets with timely training sessions.

Description and Requirements

A Retail Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training programs to field merchandisers to ensure consistent implementation of merchandising standards, product knowledge, and brand representation across designated territories. This role involves conducting hands‑on training and providing ongoing support to enhance the performance and productivity of field managers.

Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Prior retail experience and/or retail training experience is preferred.
• Proficient in operating a smartphone and apps, sending/receiving emails, sending/receiving text messages, E-learning platforms.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be available for occasional weekend work.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Have good vision and the ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, and kneel.
• Be willing and able to work in cold environments conditions.
