Job summary

Florence Bank's Main Office is seeking a Retail Trainer to assist the Retail Training Manager in developing, implementing, and coordinating on-the-job and specialized technical training for Retail staff.

The role emphasizes delivering superior service, teamwork, punctuality, and effective communication, with travel to various branches and support on special projects for Retail Administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years teller and CSR experience.
• Prior training experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of current technology and ability to adapt to changing technology.

Retail Trainer

Location: Main Office

Salary Range: $23.89 to $36.42 per hour. Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience. The posted range is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific rate of pay.

Position Summary

Assists the Retail Training Manager with the development, implementation, and coordination of on‑the‑job training programs and specialized technical training for Retail staff.

Essential Functions

• Consistently provides superior professional service to internal and external customers.
• Consistently meets expectations of teamwork, punctuality, and regular, reliable attendance.
• Conducts test bank and on‑the‑job training for all retail employees.
• Completes 6–8‑week follow‑up teller trainee evaluation.
• Consistently demonstrates excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Functions as a Float Teller and Float CSR.
• Supports the Retail Training Manager on special projects and tasks for Retail Administration.
• Provides support to all branches.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

Physical Demands/Conditions Requirements

• General office environment.
• Stands or sits for an extended period (up to 7.5 hours per day).
