Job summary

Firstunion is seeking a field sales representative to cover a Kentucky territory. You will visit retail stores, coordinate product trials and promotions, and grow terminal accounts to improve distribution and shelf placement. Build relationships with store staff and drive Sell-Through through targeted merchandising and feedback.

You will travel regularly, engage with customers, and report market insights. The role requires 0–3 years of experience, a valid US driver’s license, and strong English

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant work experience; recent graduates will also be considered.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle for business travel.
• English proficiency as a working language.
• Outgoing and energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage comfortably with new people.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized, with a clear and structured approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores within the assigned territory and collect, organize, and maintain store information.
• Execute product trials and promotional activities at terminal retail stores.
• Develop new terminal retail accounts and increase product distribution and shelf-placement rates within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with terminal retail stores through regular visits, social media engagement, and interaction with store staff.
• Coordinate the needs of terminal retail stores and distribution channels to improve Sell-Through performance.
• Manage the delivery, display, and merchandising of POS materials at terminal retail stores to drive Sell-Out performance.
• Provide timely feedback on market and customer insights, including products, pricing, competitors, and quality-related issues.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
