Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Teller Retail Banker in Ohio-Alliance. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while promoting bank products and services.

You will process transactions, open and maintain accounts, and support branch operations including vault balancing and ATM duties. The ideal candidate has 3 years of sales or customer service experience, or an associate/bachelor’s degree, and is positive and engaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree with experience.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying and recommending bank products.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and maintain accounts.
• Perform branch servicing duties: vault balancing, cash ordering, ATM maintenance.
