Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Plano, TX is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and level up your tech skills in a fast-paced store.

You'll troubleshoot smartphones and tablets, explain tech in plain terms, meet performance goals for uncapped commission, manage inventory, and participate in ongoing training and a teamwork-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months in retail, repair, or customer service.
• Some knowledge of smartphones, OS and hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair phones, tablets, and more.
