Gensler in Tampa is seeking a Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. You will translate concepts into 2D/3D models and assist across core and shell and interior architecture projects, collaborating with designers, architects, and consultants.

You will produce 3D renderings, construction drawings, and detailed specs while maintaining schedules and budgets. A collaborative, fast-paced environment in our Tampa office awaits your architectural expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture from an accredited program.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience including demonstrated success in retail roll out
• Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD + 3-D, Enscape, VRay, Grasshopper, Rhino or other visualization software
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or SPEXX a plus
• Hand rendering skills to communicate design concepts are a plus

Aufgaben

• Collaborate on base building, interior architecture and interior design projects including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and budgets/schedules.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Architects and Project Managers on delivery of milestones.
• Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts.
• Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, consultants, and fabricators to meet project objectives.
• Produce graphic presentations including 3D renderings, and construction drawings.
• Contribute to production of plans, elevations, details, specifications, and material selections for construction.
• Provide technical support and documentation across all project phases.
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.
• Establish and maintain productive client relationships.
