Comcast Xfinity stores are hiring to join our retail team in New Jersey. You will engage shoppers, explain product features, and provide exceptional service while driving sales and helping customers manage their accounts and payments in-store.

As a brand ambassador, you will share your passion for technology and Comcast products, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and contribute to a lively, customer-focused store environment with strong teamwork and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in-store.
• Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment connecting products and services to customers’ lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail policies to ensure a consistent and professional store environment.
