Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Assist customers with account statements, bills, and service changes in-store.
• Promote Comcast/Xfinity products as a brand ambassador and maintain product knowledge.
