Verizon Retail Sales Associate in a worksite-based role helps customers with cutting-edge tech, turning questions into complete solutions and unlocking personal sales success.

You’ll start with base pay for 40 hours and commissions that can push total earnings to $65,000–$75,500 annually; benefits start day one, including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, tuition assistance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to pick up additional shifts to earn more.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for complete top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales by using effective communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow your customer base by outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers interested in products/services.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events to expand loyalty.
