AT&T inc. in Natick, MA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from AT&T devices and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach on the floor, assist with online orders, and participate in community events.

You’ll work a flexible schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with 40-hour weeks. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training will be provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll be part of the community through events and meet sales targets with uncapped commission.
