Job summary

Best Buy in Texas seeks a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services and delivering friendly, expert advice.

You will perform product demos, assist with cashier duties, stock shelves, and participate in ongoing training. A minimum of 3 months of retail experience and flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
