Job summary

Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow within our stores in the Tacoma area. You will drive retail sales by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting complete tech solutions.

You can earn a base pay of $16.00–$21.00/hour plus up to $18,000 yearly in commissions. Top performers can reach $65,000–$75,500 annually. Benefits start day one, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during summer and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by asking questions and making connections.
• Position product insights and recommendations for a complete sales solution.
