Job summary
Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking an IT Director (Retail Technology) to lead technology supporting retail store operations, POS, back-office systems, inventory management, and fulfillment. You will develop roadmaps that improve store associate efficiency and customer experience, and lead deployments and refresh initiatives across store and distribution center tech.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Leading technology strategy, app delivery, and operations in retail or omnichannel contexts.
- Experience managing complex system integrations between enterprise apps, eCommerce, payment, and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Own technology supporting retail store operations including POS, back-office, inventory, and fulfillment solutions.
- Develop roadmaps to improve store associate efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead store tech deployments and hardware refresh initiatives.
- Oversee warehouse management systems and DC operations tech.
- Partner with various teams to align tech with business goals.
