Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Director of Retail Technology and Store Systems near Richardson, Texas. This senior role oversees store technology, omnichannel and distribution platforms, and payment systems to power everyday retail operations.

You will lead cross‑functional teams across Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, eCommerce, and Finance, setting technology priorities, improving reliability, and modernizing processes to sustain growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 10+ years of technology experience with leadership.
• Experience directing retail/store technology and integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and eCommerce integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee platforms for store activity, distribution, merchandise movement, payments, and connected commerce.
• Set technology priorities and improve system reliability.
• Lead enterprise applications, data flows, and integrations across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, eCommerce, Finance and executive leadership.
