Job summary

LG&P In-Store Agency in Paramus, NJ seeks a combined Account Manager and Project Manager to own client programs from brief to final shipment. You will manage relationships, scope work, and ensure on-time deployment of client-supplied devices to retail, coordinating with provisioning, kit packing, and production teams.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, tracking assets and BOMs, coordinating imaging, MDM enrollment, labeling, mounting, and quality checks, while maintaining clear client

Qualifications

• Proven results in an Account Management and/or Project Management role (min 3 years combined).
• Hands-on experience with software/device provisioning (imaging, MDM enrollment, app deployment, functional testing).
• Comfortable with light mechanical/hardware assembly and mounting using hand tools.
• Excellent attention to detail for labeling and asset tracking.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to present to clients, vendors, colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single contact between client and LG&P In-Store Agency from brief to delivery.
• Manage and grow the client relationship with base targets and proactive support.
• Translate client specs into provisioning, mounting, labeling and kitting requirements for production.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and pricing for provisioning programs; manage changes.
• Provide status updates to clients including counts, quality results, and timelines.
• Resolve client problems and quality concerns; act as quality representative.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope within existing accounts.
• Create and manage project schedules, logs, and quality documentation.
• Inspect and inventory client-supplied products and BOMs; flag shortages or damages.
• Coordinate with provisioning teams for imaging, configuration, and testing.
• Mount hardware per specs and apply client labels per guide.
• Run QC checks and document rework before shipping.
• Maintain asset logs linking units to client records.
• Coordinate with warehouse for on-time, complete delivery.
