Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include operating the register, merchandising, stock recovery, and maintaining poultry welfare. Flexible shifts, strong communication, and basic computer skills are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness to learn on the job.
• Retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and be flexible with hours.
• Greet customers and deliver Legendary Customer Service (GURA).
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and care for poultry.
• Document all duties and perform other store tasks as assigned.
