Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting ability required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs to recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle cash following procedures.
• Assist with loading purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Complete plan-of-gram merchandising, pricing changes and stock duties.
• Ensure safe handling of birds and poultry where applicable.
