You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handle cash and basic computer tasks, and contribute to store operations such as merchandising, stocking, and safety. No prior experience required; strong communication and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover their needs & wants.
• Recommend product solutions and add value to the customer.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Participate in merchandising and plan-o-gram procedures.
• Assemble merchandise and perform stocking duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store.
