Qualifications

• Retail or farm-related experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Team Members should be flexible, attendance‑oriented and service‑minded.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs; suggest products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Perform stock, merchandising and pricing tasks.
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Ensure positive customer shopping experiences.
