Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and comprehension skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Reliable and trustworthy with ethical behavior.
• Flexible and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and follow company policies and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties, ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient.
• Unload, process, and stock freight following merchandising guidelines.
• Store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Complete daily/weekly workload and tasks efficiently and on-time.
• Impact customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention.
• All other duties based on business needs.
