Job summary

At Home is seeking a Team Member to support operations, front-end, freight, and merchandising while maintaining an active selling culture.

Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Team members will assist with cashier duties, stock freight, and keep the store clean and organized to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude to drive sales.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties accurately and efficiently.
• Unload, process, and stock freight while following merchandising guidelines.
• Support store recovery, housekeeping, and conditioning tasks.
• Contribute to inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Execute daily/weekly tasks and adapt to business needs as directed.
