Job summary

Family Farm & Home is seeking a Team Member to join our Flat Rock, MI store. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and support daily operations including POS checkout, sign setup, and display assembly.

Qualified candidates will be able to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings/holidays, lift up to 50 lbs, and stay engaged in a fast-paced retail environment focused on service and value.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Greets customers as they enter/exit the store and assists them.
• Process orders and assist customers in-store and online.
• Operate POS to checkout customers and handle cash procedures.
• Assist in building/assembling store displays and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, back areas, and restrooms.
• Contribute to daily operational standards checklist and store safety.
