Job summary

Where Ya Bin Stores is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will help stock shelves, assist customers, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with leadership to ensure a positive shopping experience, handle opening/closing duties, and adapt to changing inventory and customer needs, contributing to a lively, team‑oriented store culture.

Responsibilities

• Support bin flips, staging, and sales floor organization
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Communicate customer concerns or operational issues to store leadership
• Work collaboratively with team members and managers during busy periods
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and team‑oriented work environment
• Perform general retail tasks as needed to support store operations
