Job summary

Where Ya Bin Stores delivers a fast-paced and exciting retail experience with unbeatable savings and constantly changing inventory. This hands-on role supports daily store operations, stocking merchandise, assisting customers, and keeping the sales floor organized and safe.

You will work closely with store leadership to deliver a positive shopping environment, meet customers, handle opening/closing duties, and uphold all policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise as needed.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service
• Assist customers with questions, directions, and general store needs
• Stock merchandise and assist with product replenishment
• Support bin flips, staging, and sales floor organization
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Communicate customer concerns or operational issues to store leadership
• Work collaboratively with team members and managers during busy periods
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment
• Perform general retail tasks as needed to support store operations
