Job summary

Where Ya Bin Stores is seeking a Retail Team Member to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will stock merchandise, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Team Members work with store leadership to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role includes opening/closing duties, flexible shifts, and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic environment with changing inventory.

Qualifications

Every week, we receive truckloads of overstock merchandise from major online retailers across America. Prices start at $10 on Fridays and drop daily until everything is just $0.25 on Thursdays before new inventory arrives.

Position Overview

The Retail Team Member plays an important role in supporting daily store operations and delivering excellent customer service. This is a hands-on retail position that includes stocking merchandise, assisting customers, organizing sales floor areas, cleaning, and helping maintain an efficient and safe shopping environment.

Team Members work closely with store leadership to ensure the store remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.
